BIM Maturity Assessments
An assessment of your organisational preparedness for all things BIM relation. Covering People skills, Processes, Technology and BIM Awareness / Capbabilities.
BIM Maturity Assessment
The BIM Maturity Assessment (BMA) is a structured evaluation process comprising a series of stakeholder presentations that outline BIM maturity levels, followed by targeted one-to-one interviews with key stakeholders across the organisation. This approach enables a comprehensive assessment of organisational readiness to implement and deliver industry-standard BIM processes within both capital development and estates refurbishment programmes.
As part of the assessment, the BMA reviews existing specifications, asset management frameworks, and control documentation to identify current strengths and areas for improvement. The evaluation is structured around four core pillars:
- People
- Processes
- Technology
- BIM Awareness and Capability
The assessment culminates in a detailed presentation outlining the benefits of adopting a business-focused maintenance strategy, alongside the delivery of a bespoke BIM Maturity Assessment report. This report provides clear, actionable recommendations to support your organisation’s BIM development journey.
